Everything that we see, hear, taste, touch, smell – and even sense, is nothing more than a personal and individual perception of the fog of energetic vibrations / frequencies that we exist in.

So, in other words, without our minds there would be no 'physicality' whatsoever.


Some people say that if you are not directly looking at something, or touching it, or smelling, or hearing, or tasting it – it disappears. It is no longer there. This has to be true in the strictest interpretation of quantum physics and energetic reality.


As individuals we all interpret what our senses tell us, in different ways. Often in completely different ways! We, each of us, are living in our own personal realities.

You (we) have been trained, educated, indoctrinated to believe we have no power of our own. Everything is dictated to us from external forces, which are beyond our control. This is a deliberate plot perpetrated against humanity for hundreds, if not thousands of years, by demonic entities in human form, that lust after, wealth and power and control.


It matters not, whether you can come to terms with all this - or not. With critical thinking it is a self-evident truth that cannot be argued against with any intellectual integrity.


So, how does all this abstract esoteric and incorporeal information help you on your journey to losing weight?

Positive Thinking

​​​​​​​ It illustrates the power of your mind – if you could believe in it enough.


This is what positive thinking and daily affirmations are all about. This is what the 'Universal Law', the Law of Attraction is all about. Everything you say and do creates the energetic vibrations of 'intent'. These frequencies go out into the energetic universe and attract situations and circumstances, 'learning experiences', into your life which relate to your thoughts.


If you are negative about something you send out lower vibration energies and attract lower vibration experiences and challenges back into your life. The opposite is true. If you have a positive, higher vibration state of mind, you will attract higher vibration situations and solutions into your life.


Unfortunately very few people, in the current incarnation of human beings, have the mind-power to actively and consciously manifest whatever experiences they desire. However, sub consciously they do.


Our minds are constantly all over the place. The pressures of modern life do not allow for endless positive thoughts – and most of our thoughts remain negative, or at least lower, down on the energetic frequency spectrum. And this is why we all have so many challenges coming into our lives to face.






Meditation is a Powerful Tool


This is what meditation is all about.


We, most of us, need help and guidance to get out of negative situations that overwhelm our minds and keep us in the very experiences that we don't want.


Meditation is about talking time out to calm the mind. Reset our thinking. To try to put things into a wider perspective. And mostly to break the hold that fear and doubt, and other low frequency energies, have over us. And ultimately to create higher vibrations in our minds, and hearts, to allow us to move on to better things.


There are all types of meditation:



  * A few moments taken out of the day to close your eyes and breath deep calming breaths.

  * Relaxing in a peaceful and quiet room.

  * Quiet and deep introspection.​​​​​​​

  * Deliberate time set aside for contemplation, problem-solving.

   * Marijuana trips.

  * Guided meditations – for all manner of outcomes.

  * Deep serious meditations, often involving different locations and considerable amounts of time, and...

  * Mind-altering spiritual meditations, and inter-dimensional esoteric travel - often involving mind-enhancing (natural) substances


These are just a few.

The point is meditation is basically a thinking process for a purpose. At whatever level you meditate, it will be beneficial - if it is done with intent. The deeper the meditation the more difficult it becomes and the more commitment it takes. And the more benefit it provides


Like everything, meditation takes practice to do well. The more you do it the better you get at it, and the more benefits to will derive from it.

I will warn you though, that meditation will not work, unless you want it to work and commit to it.


Not only for the sake of your weight reduction, but also for your health, vitality, and longevity meditation can make a big difference.

You have to be in the right mindset to gain success – in anything, and altering an entrenched mindset cannot be done overnight.


However, with the right guide and mentor, and a degree of personal commitment, meditation is an incredibly powerful tool, that CAN bring about changes in mindset, that will create the self-confidence and belief to manifest a new body far more quickly and efficiently.

Please realise that meditation is not a magical state that you can simply enter into and suddenly with your mind manifest a beautiful body - and other things you want. Like everything else that you need to do it is a process, a journey.






I have to repeat here, for your sake, that honestly there is NO such thing as an 'instant' or 'easy and quick' fix, gained' 'without effort', for any aspect of your life. Despite the sales hype you may read about something.


Think about this... perhaps a few people, who were already primed psychologically, and physiologically and had few other issues in their lives might have lost some weight by just taking a juice, or powder, or pill, or whatever, in the way that is advertised and hyped. However, for the vast majority of people (such a s yourself) who also have other issues going on in their lives, and bodies, and minds, it will be completely ineffective.

However, my personal belief is that if enough people are manifesting a similar 'physical' reality through their senses at the same time, their energies create a kind of holographic projection which is constant. What we call our world.


So, this being the case it is not difficult to understand how much power our minds have in shaping what we believe to be our own reality.


You are not stuck in the situation you find yourself in. You are in the situation because, for whatever reason, you allow yourself to be in it, or allow others, to keep you there.


You are overweight, for example, simply because you allow yourself to be overweight, or allow others to make you overweight.



Everybody is different, but if you can develop the ability to relax the brain and control where you give your attention through meditation, you will often experience immediate mind-altering insight into how to deal with any challenges in your life, and also gain the motivation to put any plans into action. This positivity and commitment grows exponentially over time as youcontinue your meditation practice.


This is a HUGE step in the right direction along your path to getting YOUR SHAPE BACK.
